This is generally accomplished through partnerships with national or state-level Health Information Exchange (HIE) services.

By ingesting external patient record information, the vendor can improve reporting on engagement rates and look at trends by industry, employee group, and individual to enhance their ability to conduct targeted outreach campaigns that improve engagement with the health center and wellness programs.
