Every day, health center clinicians have the opportunity to pursue meaningful, mission-driven work to transform lives and humanize healthcare. Providers are drawn to employer-sponsored healthcare environments over more traditional healthcare models for a variety of reasons:

  • They value the sincere patient relationships nurtured due to the “quality over quantity” approach to slow down appointments and treat each patient holistically.
  • Clinicians have the luxury of feeling like they are running a private practice without administrative headaches and with the support of a large, dedicated team.
  • Health center models promote a healthy work/life balance and a generous benefits package to ensure providers are prioritizing their own well-being. Some vendors, including Marathon Health, do not require non-competes for care team members, giving them more flexibility in their career path.
  • This clinician-led approach extends to how Marathon Health develops our processes, choices of clinical and business tools, and even how we design our centers to maximize provider and patient comfort and engagement.
